Booking Cancellation & No Show Policy
Naturally Dynamic Health is a very busy clinic and Diedre and the team recognise that everyone's time is valuable and that each and every one of us deserve respect.
If you miss or change your appointment without reasonable notice (minimum of 24 hours) you have denied another person the opportunity for that appointment spot as well as denied our practitioners a chance to earn an income.
Our Free Pass Policy is available on our website and is communicated to you when you book. It is also displayed at reception and is emailed to all our new clients.
As a courtesy, all clients receive an SMS/phone call reminder the day before your appointment. You have the option to reply to the SMS or call the clinic to confirm, change or reschedule.
24 hours notice is required by this clinic for any appointment change otherwise you maybe charged the full fee.
A valid Credit Card is required to secure all new client bookings. This is deleted when you arrive for your appointment.
We do understand that there often special circumstances and emergencies. Reception may offer one Free Pass in this instance.
